I just saw Sandra Bullock's "Gravity in 3D last night. Wow! Very much impressed with it.

It was the first movie I've seen in 3D and it was both impressive and beautiful. I so want to go out in space! Well, not with the adventures as depicted in the movie ... but you know what I mean. :)

I highly recommend this one - and in 3D if you can. Well worth it.

Glory. I can't believe that in the 24 years it's been out, I just got around to watching it. Superb.

Thanks to you and A.A. I went to see this in 3D today too. It was an IMAX theater and for my first 3D movie all I can say is WOW!

Yesterday, we watched:

Captain Phillips
Gravity (3d)
Runner Runner
Rush
Meet the Millers
Baggage Claims
Prisoners
Romeo and Juliet

This was part of a charity event we attended and it was 24-hour movie marathon!

Loved all the movies. Gravity was quite good in 3-d, but I especially liked Captain Phillips. That was excellent!! :)

A friend loaned us three Mel Brooks DVDs. Last night we watched Young Frankenstein. I'd forgotten just how deliciously silly it was! Trivia fact: the impressive lab equipment was the same stuff used in the original Boris Karloff film, hauled out of storage. How cool is that?

One of my all time faves! Well, my whole family's actually. We'll watch it and practically quote the whole thing.

The last movie I've watched was The Conjuring. It's a scary movie that raised the hair at the back of my neck.

Emotional. Marcia Gay Harden &Billy Bob Thornton anchor a terrific ensemble cast.
