Hello World! I am noob hére from the. Philippines........ Just got my new iPad2 3G+WIFI. It is quite expansive for I spent moré than 1k USD because I thought there is an ap I could download so I could use this like a phone with call and SMS but its not.

I am a bit sad because I need to have 2 subscription in the telephone company for my phone and for my iPad2 3G. I wish that there could be an ap so i could use this as phone so my number which SIM is inserted here would accept incoming calls and would allow SMS
