Dragonvale rare breeding guide....no guarantees & no friend requests

Still trying for Clover, Moon and second Panlong. The gods of Dragonvale clearly don't love me. Also as,cing up for 50 million Island, so major feeding will have to go on hold.

That sounds very interesting. I am intrigued to see how creatively you can play around with the treat farms.
My thinking is that the method a player uses to grow food and types of food are influenced by how much coins they have and their need to level up their dragons.
It also has alot to do with how often they want to check their islands to collect their food.

Personally, I set all my treat farms for 24 hour Dragonfruit. except for 1. So every single day, I have what I call "Dragontime" where I collect all the food and send in another dragon in the colosseum. The one left over, I either do 2 hour Blushrooms, or 6 hour plumpermelons, or 1 hour beanstalks, depending on how desperate I am to level up my dragons.

It's kind of old, so it doesnt have the updated food, but it does offer some interesting information...

Yay congrats ......I don't think anyone has been successful yet using a clover but can't be sure x x x

You need to breed Clover with Moss as you must have a Moss as a parent (cept for 2 Clovers). You are better off with Moss + Flower for some of the failures like Flower and Poison have a short breed time. Heck even Lava's 10 hours seems good with regards to a 14 hour Tree.

Just bred my second Clover dragon using Clover & Moss. Yay! Now if only I could get the elusive Rainbow and my second Panlong! Good luck to everyone on their quests for the rare dragons.

Yes, i've finally got 7 hours in my EBI. Moss 10 and flower 10. Took a long time but got my first clover coming up!

Thanks Stephanie. Had a good day yesterday. Got a second Panlong. Least I'm assuming it's that as its 36 hours. So now my goal is 2 moons. Definitely pays to keep on keeping on breeding, even if it is frustrating sometimes. That is why I find it so engaging. No other games I've downloaded have anything like this level of sophistication.
