Uncommon Dragon breeding rule was removed in the game. That means you can not avoid now getting unwanted Uncommon Dragon as fail when using hybrid dragon with only two of its element in the combination.

If I already have a bronze and I breed it with any if the above you mentioned, wouldn't the chance of getting a bronze be greater than the other because bronze is a "less important" metal?

No, it's equally 50% chance, it's not like Olympus were you get the more common or lesser value.

For me, i'll just use the suggested combo, i don't want to wait that long without breeding anything, and all the fail egg from that combo can be sold for high price.
