Other than the fact that the pieces in the third photo appear to be knitted,I don't see any connection between them and the item in the second photo. In fact,I can't see any connections between any of the three photos you've posted.

That solves the mystery of the first photo. It's a pair of some kind of shoes. I still don't see the connection between this and what appear to be knitted objects,in the second and third pictures.

Each clue seems to deepen the mystery. It looks like an extreme close up of part of the shoes in the fourth picture,but I still don't see any connection between this and the knitted objects in the second and third pictures.
