Sync iPad with Outlook issue

My iPad does not sync entries from the calendar on iPad to outlook.
So if I make an entry in Calendar in iPad it does not sync to Outlook, but if I make an entry in Outlook, it will sync to iPad.

Anyone can help?

I have the same problem. The iPad Calendar does not sync entries to MS Outlook 2003 thru MS Exchange.
