Just purchased IPAD2 with 4.3.5 pre-loaded

OK, I have been trying for days.

Searched high and low and many articles say that IPAD2 Wifi on 4.3.5 can be downgraded to 4.3.3 and jailbroken.

I have tried the downgrade many many times but none works.



Download 4.3.3 ipsw
Go into DFU mode
Edit Hosts
Open Itunes and restore to selected ipsw
ERROR 3194

Using Tiny Umbrella server
ERROR 2005

I have tried all the methods I could find to solve these errors but none work.

So can someone finally put me straight???

Not as things stand. You MUST update to 5.0.1 and wait. There is no other option. Make sure you save your SHSH Blobs for 5.0.1 with TinyUmbrella too for the future, but be aware they are not good to anyone at the moment.
