iPad owners average age

Some day, some day I may reach that age as well. But for now am I comfortable with being under 30.

I think younger ones would dominate if they could, but older people usually have more money to spent

Just purchased an iPad2 although I've been using computers since 1980 - I'm in the over 55 y/o category which 'heads' the list - w/ the population aging, might have been interesting to have several 'older' categories - I was somewhat surprised by the results.

But for older people unfamiliar w/ computers who just want to get on the web, send e-mails, and attach or receive a few family photos, the iPad is probably a good choice for many.

Nice to see at least once an age poll where I'm still in the younger half. Haha!!! Only by a year, or so, but still...

Interesting result altogether. Of course this is just a very small minority of all iPad owners, though.
