Ok, finally used my first skip to get past the dreaded O77! Got cnbc for missing note on O78 but can not get any further based on hints i have seen. Anyone have another hint or me?

Try googling that missing note, the word at the bottom and the place where you would find a structure like the one shown. The answer does not contain any punctuation.

Just going to ask because I feel like I might be on to something. Has anyone had any success with the nautical flags on level O79? Not "BQV" but their alternate meanings. The meanings of the three flags put together seem like they could tie together nicely with the duck ie. Exxon Valdeez, BP and the gulf of Mexico etc. Really reaching here but i dont want to skip the duck like i had to skip the damn turtles that seem to have no significance with O77 UGGH!!!!
