Can't change "From" address in Mail OR GMAIL?

I've enabled my GMAIL account to send email from another one of my accounts. However, I don't see the option to change the "From" address in the Mail app OR the Safari version of GMAIL.

Am I missing something?

Go to settings, mail and change default account.
