I managed to collect from Abs, Luke, Daddo, Spooker, Troglodyte69, Madlen so far.
I haven't updated yet because I'm waiting for my lander to return first.

I NEVER collect from Madlen. Did they say that Madlen is away too? lol.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this problem. About half the players in your 'yes column' appear to be away when I visit. What a train wreck this game is turning into.

Lol, I never used to collect from Madlen either, but sadly I'm running out of options. Uuuugh.

Madlen has nothing useful except those treadmill collection drops from pax buildings and flight items from hangars.

I cant visit a single neighbour. Visited Janie and Fred but showed away. After that, all my visiing attempts have been unsuccessful. It says waiting and stays forever like that. I am going to play Clash of Clans. Far better than this rubbish.

Yes back to normal for both my airports now, thank god!

Trog, Rigby's city logged into facebook, no greens and the icon has disappeared. Managed to get them for my airport.

Try making sure your already logged in first, may help.

Long distance items please. My sons Airport is called "Rigby's city" He can't gift anymore as he's been unfairly penalised.

They DO have the ability to restore your entire game, buildings, cash, experience, neighbors and all. They did it for me when my game DISAPPEARED ENTIRELY and started from scratch, all by itself. They will ask you to start a new game, get past the tutorial and to the point you can have neighbors (level 4?). Then they will give you a code to put in the Add Friend tab, and your game will restore in full next time you restart your device or AC game. Against my better judgement, and because Mary from GI kept pestering me, I decided to take the plunge and delete my game. (This was to fix the problem of the game freezing up each time I visited a neighbour). It wasn't a nice experience deleting my game and then opening a new one and starting from scratch.
To cut the story short, Mary sent me a code this morning (after a couple of days wait) and hey-presto...my original game was restored fully with all my achievements and money etc.
I was very relieved and this does prove that they can indeed do a full restore.
I was beginning to believe in GI once more (I'm very forgiving, if somewhat gullible).
I successfully visited my first neighbour who was Fred, and I then returned to my airport, and guess what?
Yes.... my airport was frozen, just as if had been prior to all the hassle of deleting it and having it restored.
I've thanked Mary (for nothing) and told her to close the ticket. I'll live with the problem as others are doing.
What a shower they are!

Have you figured out the Facebook thing yet? It didn't work for me, probably because my airport has been blocked. Good thing I stocked up on the greens before I updated.
