That's close enough. The Tooga Cutacross is a winter road the connects the Peggo Road to the Spruce/Tooga Roads. Very handy if you know it's there because it cuts off a huge corner.

Sorry if that one was a bit vague.

Where would you find this bridge and what is its name?

It's Kinzua Bridge/Viaduct in Pennsylvania. It spanned the Kinzua Creek in McKean County. In 2003 it was destroyed by a tornado and now looks like this:
