Correct,Admiral. It's a DVD. In it,you see a reflection of my kitchen ceiling and my iPad as it's taking the picture.

It is a form of personal transportation but there's no grass where it's used, most often.

It's the base of a hospital bed. Most often used by patients in a hospital.

Close enough. It's a hospital gurney, used to transport a patient from the point of admission to a room or to a diagnostic or surgical procedure.
