It's a keyless entry system,the card activates it and unlocks the door. If the card is working properly the light shows green,if not it shows red. We use a different design where I work.

It's the universal pictogram advising motorists that the road, motorway, is shared with bicycles. Depending on the jurisdiction there may be a marked bicycle lane and even when marked it may not be continuous.

Is it either a "walk / don't walk" man or a disabled sign, for parking or something like that?
Think the second not the first. Not the standard one we use here.

Looks like the US signs are similar to those here so don't know, unless it's a quickly made one for some temp use.

Your second choice is the correct one,it's a disabled parking sign.
Note the $90.00 fine for parking in a disabled parking spot without having a valid permit.

I didn't see the green circled sign when I looked but it was only a quick look.
I can't pick it up now, I'm retiring to bed. So please offer it to anyone.
