Whiteside Brewing Company in Cashiers - one of a number of breweries in the area - North Carolina in the AI search below now has over 400 craft breweries (my home in the Piedmont Triad probably has about 10% of that total number) - just a short visit for a local draft; of the two ordered, we both preferred their fresh and hoppy IPA - placed was packed with a lot of people ordering food from their limited but varied menu (see link if interested) - worth a stop if you are in the area and like locally crafted beer.
