I've never seen this game, but I'm guessing it's associated with golf. Does the contraption rotate, pushing out golf balls attached to the chains. Players have to hit or retrieve the balls. No, that's too dangerous!

I've seen this game I think.....is it called something like Disc Golf and it's played with a Frisbee.......so that must be one of the holes?
