Looks like a Rolleiflex.
Originally made by Franke & Heidecke, and later Rollei-Werk, both of Germany.

An on-line blog about (TLR) twin reflex cameras, notes a Rolleiflex branded camera and a Rolleicord, were manufactured simultaneously with the later being popular with amateur photographers. The Rolleflex can accommodate a 120 exposure film roll for professional photography.

The earliest production date I can find is 1929 and the latest is 1985.

The serial number can be of great importance in your search for the model this camera represents.

This camera has f2.8 lenses and was produced shortly before the F series models were introduced.

I was bamboozl'd by the serial numbers' start and end cycle as illustrated on the site I was using.

I've just been called away for a few hours so rather than leave the thread to stand idle, the next challenge is open to all iPF members.
