Using SHSH blogs of other People

I wanna Ask if it is possible to take SHSH blogs of other people to downgrade my IOS

BTW I am an IPAD 2+GSM user with 4.3.5 i just bought it 3 days ago but I am will informed in the jail breaking community

However using SHSH blobs from other devices will not be possible, the SHSH blobs are unique to each device.

An easy answer that one. NO!!!
Only SHSH blobs saved by your own iPad can be used, each one is different and is localised to that one iPad.

Kind of surprises me that there is no way to clone a device and share shsh blobs.

Shsh blobs are created with your ECID (Exclisive chip ID) and UDID (unique device ID). Both are specific to each device. So blobs from a friends device will not work for your device. Unless you open it up and switch the motherboards out.
