Uploading and attaching files on ipad 3

Hello everyone, I am new to iPad and I am unable to upload photos to Facebook. I installed Facebook from the apps store what do I have to do next? Secondly I can't attach files to emails on my iCloud. Help please!

Regarding the facebook app. The way I upload pics is just by clicking onto the photo button in the newsfeed or your own page. Hope that helps.
