I am so frustrated! Trying to do the support online and says it has no record of me plus was wanting help with my location problem! <--not working!

What model ipad do you have? Is it wifi only? Wifi+3G?

Thank you both for responding, finally just reset the network and connected back to my wifi and now it works! Sorry! Thank you both
