Phototransfer app

I purchased this app from itunes to transfer pics from my ipad and windows pc. When I download the program for my pc, norton security quarantines it. It says it is "Bad". Anyone use this app or have any suggestions?

Should be a zip file which will be checked on opening. Norton may well mark the exe file as bad. Many gripes about this on the Internet. Quick and dirty solution would be to temporarily disable Norton, but would not advise. There MUST be a solution to this as many programs are zipped to speed up download, but so far I can't see anything on the Internet that might help. Suggest contact Norton help desk or help line.
