I've cleared cache and cookies and still getting 403 error on star, but if it works for you guys then there's something going on on my end, although on twitter there is heaps of people getting issues in the last half hour

It looks like an iphone version ( the design I mean) and after clicking install it only crashes the browser.

The reason you get the error is because it still isn't completely ready give it a few minutes and go look at twitter like musclenerd said lol
