I am vacationing in Mexico, far from my sync computer. This AM I am unable to get Mail to load. How can I get it to respond. I am new to this forum. Gib Moore
When you say you can't get it to "load" what do you mean?
Is the mail app crashing - i.e. not loading, or is it the email account itself which will not retrieve new mail?
If it's the first one, make sure you try a full reboot and try again.
If it's the second, please provide us some more details. What kind of email account? (gmail, exchange, pop, imap, etc.) You can check this out in the Settings up if you are not sure...
I have both Comcast and mobil me accounts. They are fine, as I can access the Comcast account thru the Comcast website. When I click on the Mail Icon in the lower tool bar, nothing happens.

Definitely reboot the iPad. Hold the power button until the "slide to power off" appears and turn off the device fully. Then power it back on and see if it allows you to access mail then...
