Right now, my iPad is not jailbroken. I've heard that Jailbreaking voids your warranty. Does it do this even after you restored it?
I had used absynth and a few days after that, my iPad was crashing a lot and many of the apps didn't work, so what I did was restored it through iTunes. If I send it back to apple will they not repair my problem, because it was once jailbroken?
My iPad is not that old, only 3 months old.

Now that your iPad has been restored to stock, it'll be fine to send back to Apple. There'll be no evidence that it was jail broken since, by restoring, you made the iPad as if it came "fresh out of the box."

So, no worries. Sorry you are having issues with it and good luck in your repair attempts with Apple.
