iPad & iTunes photos are mixed up when sync to folders

I would appreciate your input on this problem

I have a dedicated folder on my computer for all photos I want to Sync to iPad and iPhone

After updating to 5.01 some of my photos no longer are in the correct folder ( mixed up) and some are upside
down When I sync

I've tried deleting cach and creating new folder for photos

Any suggestions??
