How to check sent messages

Hello all, maybe you guys can answer this,

When I open the email application that comes with the iPad, I can see all my emails. I can't however see what emails I've sent.

Is there something I'm missing?

it depends on your email account.
go to advanced settings and see if its saving your sent emails to the ipad.

In default iPad email account, the first screen under your email account should show
Inbox, sent mail, drafts etc
If you're in your inbox click on your email name in lil arrow box very top left corner, should take u to ur acc't and show inbox, drafts, sent...

At least for my gmail and yahoo email accounts. But I don't see any option for show/don't show
