Flower / Storm - the fail times are much less than Love/Cold. I got one from each combo.

Being that I'm not 100% sure only one lyd can be naturally created I've decided to use some stockpiled cash for my 6th island to max out a flower and a storm to 15 and try them in the epic nest to see the possible results. Maybe I'll get lucky. Stay tuned. There's no way I'm buying thousands of gems for this puppy.

I stupidly sped up the LYD to make sure it was indeed a LYD and also to take this stupid picture...which I now realize I could have done in 15 hours.

I haven't posted on this thread in about 1500 pages *lol* but the LYD sucked me in! I spent about 200 of my saved gems to speed things up but managed to breed 2 LYD using firefly and seaweed. So it is possible

I also managed to get 1 LYD on each of my baby accounts, also using firefly and seaweed. I just don't know if I will have enough gems on those accounts to get a 2nd one in time. I guess I have time for at least a few more tries!

They've opened the gates - you can get your second LYD now. I got it first try with love/cold.

Attempt 15 Panlong + Love - Crystal (so that's that cave tied up for the day)

Fletch i visited your islands half an hour ago and saw that, am so sorry for you, it is not right that mostly every one could get it and now even in double pack and not you. Wish i could help beyond words of sympathy.

Hey Fletch,

Stick with Flower/Storm... I got my first with Love / Cold, but found that 48 hours fail times were killing me.
My second came from Flower / Storm, and the fail times were much less. (Flowers/Fireflies etc)

Thanks for the good wishes. We'll see how I go. Happy to report that Number 2 daughter got hers this morning, so now all the Fletchers have one save for me.
