I'm honestly not surprised. They would be losing a lot of money if nobody paid back the iPads after they break. But we Never agreed to pay if it was broken... I am in a hard place as a parent, it would be easy to cover up my sons actions but I feel the right thing to do is fight it.leelai said:I'm shocked they would take you to court over this!
Kids aren't ready for these devices in their hands, not until they are much harder to break.
