My wife and I both have an IPad mini. I have had mine a year before she did. We share the same Hotmail email account. There have been no problems until now. I am able to open and read PDF files from our Hotmail account. My wife can read the email but cannot read any PDF attachments. When she selects the download button on the PDF file it saying "downloading", but nothing happens? We are both running IOS 9.2.1.
