As I'm sure these people from GI are from another planet,
As they just don't seem to be able To communicate with us !

They are all in Ukraine or somewhere, and usually write better English than people back here in the States who (try to) SPEAK the language. Maybe they use Google Translate!

I receive visits, but not gifts from you. You must be "one of those cheaters!" (according to GI).

I have received the pop-up "Cheaters and time travelers cannot get into space" (or something like that). HOWEVER, only when I am running simultaneous space flights on both accts (LtCol Rehab/LtColRehab2). I HAVE been on vacation in the last few weeks and my device(s) did automatically change time zones. I am not aware of it yet, if GI is going to lock down my "sociality" or gifting.

I am convinced that some of these problems (not the locked down gifting) are tied to having multiple accounts, because I had them fix some things almost a year ago. Other things are still a problem, as we all see on this forum.

Not too sure, but I think you can only fly for the Hotel items until you reach a certain level before they disappear. Don't think it's due to your buying the Hotel, most of us when we started only found out what was needed by buying first and finding out the hard way.

At some point in the game chronology, there is a quest to build a hotel and during that quest, you can fly somewhere to collect the items. Once you complete that quest, the items are no longer collectable from flights - only neighbors.

Yes, that family pic "username" is me on LtCol Rehab account. For some unexplained GI reason, some other players see it as username. That photo, by the way, was automatically "scraped" by GI off my Facebook profile WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and I see no way to change it. Unless we have to do it on the GI website. Can anyone confirm?

The woman in the woods IS thenisePS whose account is Fly above. (with the period). She shows up to me as username as well, along with Adam D from this forum, who has a surfer pic.

I added you as "Fly above." and Adam D as him, but you both came onto my neighbor list as username. I also had one other username neighbor previously...so I have three usernames and tell which is which and what to send them by the picture and the forum posts we make.

I don't like that GI can scrape stuff off Facebook on our devices without our permission!!! And there's no apparent way to change it, unless you just delete Airport City entirely?! Based on the posts on this forum, I am tempted to do that and boycott GI and encourage you all to do the same.

However, I suspect all of us leaving wouldn't even have an impact on GI or their customer service, because GI seems to be doing quite well, in part by paying support people and developers a dollar an hour in Ukraine. AND, we would no longer have reason to connect with each other on this great forum. So I will tough it out with sorry GI, and probably keep paying them for about a month of a support person everytime I buy more greenies.

The one time I threatened to bolt, they did fix ONLY part of my problem, and it took two weeks, therfore leaving me unable to complete the UFO challenge. They DID give me 100 greenies. Sometime when things are slow and need spicing up on here, I will post my nastygram to them. It's like Trog's recent one! They switched who was dealing with me - I wonder if she was fired? Doubt it...

I have a similar problem. My picture was taken from my daughters fb account. Makes you wonder what other info they just take from you when you're online. I'm sure there's laws against this in most countries but that doesn't seem to phase GI.

I'm beginning to share your opinion that we should all delete everything GI from our devices, but then we wouldn't have so much to whine about on here, though I'm sure we could come up with something. I for one certainly won't be buying any more greenies from them.

Got my third stock email in a row from their laughingly called "support team", today's was the one about how you should close the app down before changing time settings. I think they are saving their dollar an hour in my case by letting a computer work it's way through all the standard responses, wonder what tomorrow will bring?
