I don't like that GI can scrape stuff off Facebook on our devices without our permission!!! And there's no apparent way to change it, unless you just delete Airport City entirely?! Based on the posts on this forum, I am tempted to do that and boycott GI and encourage you all to do the same.

However, I suspect all of us leaving wouldn't even have an impact on GI or their customer service, because GI seems to be doing quite well, in part by paying support people and developers a dollar an hour in Ukraine. AND, we would no longer have reason to connect with each other on this great forum. So I will tough it out with sorry GI, and probably keep paying them for about a month of a support person everytime I buy more greenies.

The one time I threatened to bolt, they did fix ONLY part of my problem, and it took two weeks, therfore leaving me unable to complete the UFO challenge. They DID give me 100 greenies. Sometime when things are slow and need spicing up on here, I will post my nastygram to them. It's like Trog's recent one! They switched who was dealing with me - I wonder if she was fired? Doubt it...

The 100 greenies were given to you by the intention of keeping you quite and to calm you down I am sure because I had once got 6 free greenies when I had written an email all in blocks. That was to keep me quite but I still shouted at them. I have not started a vonversation with them after that mail but thinking of starting one today.

As for the gifting probs, I do think it is related with the free greenies because I had collected inly about 50 freenies, but I do think we ought to take that chance because they gave it.

I have a similar problem. My picture was taken from my daughters fb account. Makes you wonder what other info they just take from you when you're online. I'm sure there's laws against this in most countries but that doesn't seem to phase GI.

I tried sending a ticket about it and of course, they didn't get it really. Told me to remove airport city app from my mom's facebook acct. which I know how to do and I've done it even before they told me to because they reply like every other day.

Quite true and I am sending a ticket. If ther is no reply!!! GI got it.
