Since posting for help, I have received several neighbours....thanks. Even though some of you will not be able to send gifts back, I can still collect stuff from your cities and this has helped a lot. I do have a slight problem with 2 of my new neighbours, both have a username as.... username ..., no other name. One is a lady standing in front of trees in a white outfit and gold jacket. The other is a family photo with 3, father, son, wife? if I can get the usernames of both, I will be able to figure out how to help with gifting. Thanks.

Just received a response, they have completely ignored me and sent another stock email which now claims that I have "implemented certain changes to the game which gave me an unfair advantage" what tosh!
They will be getting a suitably acerbic reply.

I just sent the person spare wire so let me know if this is you. Hard to tell if it is a jacket or scarf but it is hanging over the shoulders to the sides.

Hopefully someone can answer my question. I was collecting for the Hotel (first one) and just needed 2 more disposable shampoos so I kept sending the plane to Cyprus....probably a couple hundred times by now. In the meantime I bought the Hotel thinking maybe this would help in collecting the last 2 shampoos. I decided to look at the listing of what it will drop and now the Hotel items no longer show and have been replaced with other items. Is it because I bought the Hotel or because I moved to a higher level?

Not too sure, but I think you can only fly for the Hotel items until you reach a certain level before they disappear. Don't think it's due to your buying the Hotel, most of us when we started only found out what was needed by buying first and finding out the hard way.

I agree completely. They treat you like a naughty child. I never got a satisfactory response to any of my questions to them.

Mamanch collected a bit more, and especially over a longer period of time. From end of june, jal has been more or less dormant. Thats the only difference.

I reactivated jal, sent a bench of gifts, and got a lot of them back. So they are recueved, even from accounts blocked from sendind, as I can send from jal to mamanch but not the other way

If I remember you had to buy the shampoo with bucks for the hotel.

I managed to get 2 from the Cyprus flights but will have to pay for the other 2. Just waiting to level up to 20 for the next buck which will be soon.
