Still not got a reply from GI. I think Eugene Krylov thought of not replying to my mail because he found it too hard to answer. No probs, I will open another ticket if I dont get the reply by tomorrow same time.

Welcome to Airport City Forum. You should be happy to be one of a fun group of people but GI seem to have taken the fun out of the game with problems with the gifting and launching system and the blocking of many games. I cannot send you defroster but someone else can send it to you. Just to let others know what you need when they read your posts, you could make your signature with your needs, just like many of us have. You can make and update your signature while working on a PC from Settings (top of your screen near your username) >> Edit signature (present on the left pane). Welcome once again and hope you find yourself happy here.

This is similar to what I'm dealing with as you know. And maybe you changed thetime ONLY ONCE when you travelled, I actually never did! So I think there's more to it. I have been looking on other forums and people are having problems everywhere. Some have been told to restart their games but if they keep this rubbish up they will lose a lot of players.
Maybe it has something to do with the free greens but then why are some people singled out? And taking the greens was not cheating! They wanted us to post on Facebook and we did so we got the reward. They never send out a notice to tell people we couldn't keep doing that and they got their advertising on Facebook which is what they wanted!

Are they now saying you can't touch the time settings on your ipad when you travel? Really?
I wonder if I can get my ipad analyzed to prove I didn't touch the settings.

This is soooo frustrating. We should get together as a group and come up with a plan maybe? Any workable ideas anyone?

I think it's related to the greenies too. Seems rather a co-incident for them to introduce a cheating block at almost the same time they fixed that bug. i would be interested to hear if there are people on here that claimed over 300 greenies (or some big number) and haven't had a problem. I have never changed my time on my ipad either.

I am getting gifts from a few people but don't seem to get any returned from my forum friends so I assume they aren't getting too you?

I'm not currently friends with you. Could you try to add my new username? : Janie2
I can't send out friend requests like a lot of people. My old account (Janietub) is dormant at the moment, not sure if it'll be ever reinstated.

I'm pretty sure there are quite a few players out there that have claimed lots of greens without any problems so far. The blocking that's been going on seems pretty random in my opinion.

I have been talking to GI for about 3 weeks now about these problems and so far have not been told specifically what my offence has been. Just a general reference to altering date/time settings. And exactly that never happened. I haven't been travelling either.
Judging from other forums people are having problems without ever even taking advantage of the greenies glitch. So I'm not too sure if there is a common offence going on.

I feel they should stop harassing their players before people walk away from the game forever and they get a huge load of bad references.

Sorry Janie but I can't add players either - have tried you a few times but no message at all comes up - presume the same problem you have. I am hoping the next update fixes it or when I have spent my greenies!

Folks, new to iPF but old hand at Airport City and getting screwed by GI. Started a second game on iPhone after lvl 40 on iPad. Caused all sorts of problems, some that haven't been fixed yet. Lost iPhone game ENTIRELY and they had to give me a restore code that worked the second time. Took 13 days and cost me beating the space challenge a few weeks ago. Add me on both devices and I'll monitor this and the launch forum to trade and launch. LtCol Rehab (iPad) and LtColRehab2 (iPhone).
 
Anybody know whether you ever get a collectible item from clicking on neighbor christmas trees, pyramids, etc.? Or do you only get the 5 coins?
