Zaggmate keyboard stopped working

My 4 month old zag mate keyboard stopped working. The first signs of it's demise was the keys would insert the wrong letter on multiple letters. One hour later nothing worked!it's fully charged.
Has anyone encountered this? Please tell me there is a hidden "reboot" somewhere...

Contact Logitech about it. There customer service is brilliant and sell the hole case. They would generally just give you a replacement
