stuck on icloud activation screen

hey guys, i need your help ?.. i just restored my iphone, i dont know to bypass the activation screen in ios 7 and i forgot and dont know the details of icloud.. i've been seeking for help on how to do this.. i found a site that has unlock a while ago, Administrator edit: Removed link to suspect web site. is anyone familiar with this? can anyone help me? pleeeeeeaase..

I'm sorry, but no one can help you if you don't know the password for the AppleID. No web site knows either ... they just try yo take your money.

I'm afraid that you have an expensive paperweight unless you can remember the password.
