Is it true that if I have " find my iPad " turned ON - Apple will be able to find it if lost or stolen?

If you have Find my iPhone turned on and your device is connected to the Internet, the app will be able to show the location it was at when last turned on and connected to the Internet. Apple themselves won't track your iPad, but you can go to the police with the info from find my iPhone and they may very well be able to recover your iPad. A number of users have used this method to recover their stolen or lost devices.

Personally I used find my iPhone to discover where I had recently lost my iPad, the local grocery store, then called to verify that the staff had found it and went right there to pick it up.

This black wallpaper fixed most of my problems with the painful white of iOS 7. I may consider getting an android phone instead or an iPhone when I plan to get a phone.

I have an android phone. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It's slow, it crashes constantly and half the time it won't even do what I ask of it.

Very NICE!! J. A. I just changed mine to very simple overlays of color but am bored already so will have to change PDQ, it doesn't make me want to open up my iPad. image-1189162147.jpg It has the colors I had before but not the energy! Gee, maybe that's why I have been so dozen lately! I thought I had Spring Fever or allergies but now I think it has been my screen choice! For many people they love it somewhat placid so they can see the icons! I guess I'm just one of those people who need some pop and fizz going on around them! :);) :);) :);)

I guess I'm one who likes to see their icons. :) But yes: pop and fizz sounds more like you. :)

Unless its samsungs galaxy series it totally sucks. I will get myself a nexus 5 or htc one (M8).

How much is it worth to you to change it? Make sure what you replace it with does what you want it to! I don't mean to sound like a Mom, or such. I'm just saying I have done things for one reason and ended up with a different problem I hadn't anticipate. If you are sure of what you want GO FOR IT!!

:) Peace begins with a smile :)
