I've had two iced coffees this morning, despite the cold weather!

That makes me feel cold just thinking of iced coffee. It sounds great, but I think I would enjoy it more on a hot summer afternoon! I still have to buy myself some and try it. I know you really enjoy it and I have been curious to see if I would too.

My doc keeps telling me to cut consumption. I've limited myself to 2 per morning. Weekend I might have a cup in the afternoon.

My husband always gives up caffeine for Lent and he does get the shakes and headaches the first few days. He substitutes tea for coffee the non-caffeine types and usually takes about a week to adjust.

You could take the Ozzy Osbourne route here, he once gave an interview, back in the 1980’s I recall. Now, I may get the dates wrong but the sentiment remains. He said something to the effect of "my doctor told me I had to cut down on my drinking, I was limited to one drink a day for the rest of my life.....I'm now up to 13th March 2027"!

I used to be a coffee lover before but since I notice that it somehow affect my nervous, I decided to quit. Anyone here who share the same experience with me?

My husband quit for awhile because it gave him headaches if he didn't drink it. He restarted, but just drinks a cup a day now.

I can take or leave coffee. It has no effect on me, but I find it pleasant to drink now and again.

I think I've had one cup of coffee in the last 10 years. Think I should cut back?;)

Waking up and deciding which K-cup I'd like to have. Tully's French blend extra bold...or...Green Mountain spicy egg nog?

Decisions...decisions!

I used to love coffee with hot chocolate mix and a hint of mint. I never was affected, I could drink it to help sleep, but stopped due to the cost :(

Yeah, right . . . blame the coffee bean. My guess is it was your ceaseless nagging that broke his brain. Ever think of that? I say to your beleaguered hubby, find another doctor and drink up. Embrace the bean.

LOL

I have just poured myself a glass of low fat vanilla soy milk and 4 coffee cubes. Not bad!

Thanks, Admiral for the tip!! :)

That sounds good.

My husband is making pancakes and coffee. I'll see if he wants to try freezing leftover coffee. He freezes chicken stock in ice trays for individual servings as needed.
