Where's my album?

I'm new to apple & feeling a bit lost. I created a photo album on my MacBook Pro using iphoto (super easy!) & exported it. I thought it would show on my iPad but I can't find it. The button was clicked that says always send to iTunes and I selected a size appropriate for iPad. But it's a big mystery to me where it is. Can anyone help.?

It should be in your Photo app on your home screen.

Thanks, that's what I thought but I can't see it there. I've done it 2x. I can see it in iTunes on the Mac, but not on the iPad. Arrghh.
