Well every one the concept of setting up multiple language sub forums in the International forum is coming together. Once we set up the sub forums which I expect to be Monday us time and include the forum rules we will notify you. We currently have the forum rules being provided for about 5 countries including Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Chinese(not confirmed), Sweden (not confirmed) If you would like to have a dedicated sub forum in your language and are happy to assist in reporting any user breaking the rules please send me a PM. I need the forum rules converted in order to offer this to users. Admin has approved this new addition to the forums. No one has offered Italian yet but I suspect that will happen soon. We may just start with the above and see how it goes as we have no idea of the resonse.

Really? Just trying to help. You will be glad I am here come December.
As an aside, when I really worked at a real job building real products many here likely owned at some point, we had many different languages spoken on our production floor. We could not find a way to create production procedures and other controlled documents in other languages.
Try creating thousands of documents in other languages when many that work for you can't even speak or read or understand English. It was not easy being me.
Our legal wonks advised us that should we start translating into Spanish, German, Russian, and other languages, and someone was hurt because he or she spoke and read only Navajo and could not understand how to properly do this or that, we could suffer in court. So we only produced documents in English.

Lol that is amazing I fell off the fence laughing. Can you imagine ipadforums server slowing down to a crawl if we hade that many countries in the international forum. You better watch out as Santa may need your help soon..." we are starting with just a few countries to test the waters. This will happen soon once I set up sub forums in the international forum......As they say stay tuned.

There is several different religions and Muslims not celebrate Christmas like Christians people.

Is there a site that doesn't make mistakes? We need someone to volunteer for Italian and Swedish, still and we can't have mistakes.

Yeah, the Chinese translations look wrong to me, but the German looks right. I wouldnt trust an online translator without a native speaker checking behind it. Christmas is a Christian holiday that doesn't translate into many cultures, anyway.
