It's a neighbourhood watch area sign. We have such schemes in the UK, but the signage is different - a family of meerkats is shown, instead of humans.

I cannot post or monitor for the rest of today.

So, if I'm right, I throw the challenge open to the first comer. Hopefully those who answer a challenge and then vanish will have the courage to post a challenge

Is it a "no smoking" symbol sign?

Found in all areas where smoking isn't permitted.
My business is federally regulated so this symbol appears everywhere on our property, inside and out, including in company owned or leased vehicles.
