It's a Royal Doulton figurine,but it's a special commission to commemorate the anniversary of a company's founding. The subject was the wife of the company founder.

The company that commissioned this figurine was Canadian and no longer exists.

It's usually found mounted on a pole in residential neighborhoods.

It's usually found mounted on a pole in residential neighborhoods.

It's a neighbourhood watch area sign. We have such schemes in the UK, but the signage is different - a family of meerkats is shown, instead of humans.

I cannot post or monitor for the rest of today.
