Next challenge ....

These images are of a working representation of
a genuine article. Looking for the device, the name of the manufacturer of the original device and some corporate history.

A wall clock made by the Ball Watch Company,Cleveland,Ohio.
The Ball Watch company had high grade watches made to it's specification by other manufacturers such as Waltham,Hamilton Elgin,etc..The most notable examples are the railroad watches made for the Ball watch company.

Here's a photo of the clock in the challenge.

Our most recent winner and Viking friend is helming his knarr to a distant shore and wishes to open the challenge to any and all iPF members.

Looks like a pump dispenser for some kind of liquid (soap, lotion, lime jello?). The threads are so that you can lock the pump down, making it safe(ish) to throw in a travel bag or whatever.

Close, but not as delicate as that. I'm pretty sure ceramic and tile bits are sharper than these.

Of course! It's a masonry drill bit. The tip is very similar to a tile drill bit.

When you posted the 2nd view, I had second thoughts about the shouldered shank..... Chose wrong :(

Sent from my iPad 1 using iPF - Greetings
