No, it's just over 1/4" in diameter and is about 3" long. It was made in the USSR.

Correct, Admiral.















The white part is a hollow cardboard tube. The translucent part, showing the tobacco, is very thin cigarette paper. They are reputed to be among the strongest cigarettes in the world. I bought this package at Disneyland, back when there was still a tobacco shop on Main Street. BTW, the word in the crest on the box top is Russian for Heroes.
