It looks like a part of a buckle on a piece of webbing. Is it the buckle for a seat belt?

It's part of a restraint system,but not a conventional seat belt.

OK, it looks like it's in a bus. Is it a restraint for a wheelchair, or a child's pram / buggy?

Edit... I did check the seat manufacturer's website. It looks like I have the correct answer. However, I won't be able to post or monitor a challenge for over 3 or 4 hours. I therefore throw the challenge open to the first person..

Correct,Richard. It's part of the wheelchair restraints on a public transit bus.

Oh Fleur, wish I'd seen this! The clues were indeed many & bold. One of them was there are no shadows on the letters etc. it screams an e picture...& obvious after that. I would have got it fast.

Just wasn't compos. I'm just up, at 11.17am... don't ask...

Unfortunately the overhead lighting creates an iPhone shadow which mutes the colour (should be white) of the challenge image.

I'll open it up a bit but the colour is still off.
