I have to tell you that while I was at the Gym yesterday, I watched the guy running on the treadmill while speaking on his phone. Well....in a matter of minutes he went from upright to flying in the air and flat on the treadmill to the ground!

So...I've made mental note....don't run and talk at the same time!! ...the Poor guy wasn't hurt...but he was quite embarrassed about the whole thing!

That would be worthy of a picture!

It has tons of cartoons on it! It's such a fine-I am happy o spotted it when I did! Sure does make stationary cycling more enjoyable!

I've been looking for a family day out in July - when our g/nephew is here.

Hever Castle near Tunbridge is a possibility. There's a jousting tournament each w/end of July & August.
