Space of iPad 2 64GB or 120GB

My ipad when i connect to pc, it shows that i have 57.0GB free of 115GB

Internal Storage, but the firmware of the ipad is max 1GB, and the others 60GB what fill this space? :/

Is there an app to reformat like fdisk or another to fully 115GB of space?

I think iTunes is confused - for sure the iPad only has 64GB flash storage maximum. But we can always dream...
