Soooo $531 is back on my debit card....

I just checked my debit card amount, and its saying my card balance is $531. Why Apple put the charge back onto my card?

Also it seems the order still in place when I check it online...

Happens all the time when things aren't shipped within the first two or three days. If Apple cancels your order for some reason (I've never heard of this happening) they will send you an email telling you so, and why.
