Yes because someone was snooping around my iPad :/

Really looks great. In iOS 7.0 it wasn't like that. But now in iOS 7.1 it looks fantastic! May want to share that pic. You guys have to check it out!

The complex password is a standard feature.

Go to Settings > Passcode; and turn off Simple Passcode. This changes you from the simple, four digit, passcode to a complex multi-character one. Once you are done setting the complex passcode you will get the full keyboard when unlocking the iPad.

Be sure to record the new passcode somewhere safe.

Yep. I'm pretty sure it was under the General settings before. The pretty semi-transparent keyboards are iOS 7.1, I think.
