Newby with a question about organizing music on iPad

Hi All:

I just got an iPad for Christmas and I'm very excited about the possibilities of organizing music. The first thing I noticed is that I don't have Microsoft Word on the iPad and wondered how people save and store their music (fake books, lyrics, etc). I wonder also how do people store their sheet music (notation). Finally, is there some app that organizes your various music by song title, author, genre, etc.?
