New iPad (only WiFi) and warranty

Hello,
i'm italian and in late april i will attend an english course in utah, so i would buy a new ipad 32 gigabyte only wifi, because in Usa it cost less than italy.

could i have some problems with the one year's warranty?

for the italian apple store the warranty is global.

This is interesting. Got mine from the US and I didn't check about international warranty. Ill try to reply.
